Today, we should make a decision on our theme night! Originally, we interns decided to hold a decade night and invite people from different ages. However, our team's marketing department thinks that the heritage night would be more attractive. Thus, we decided to hold heritage night!
In the next step, we need to make a decision on whether to focus on one heritage or invite several heritage groups to our theme night. Because we do not have any budget, we decided to focus on Hispanic Heritage Night! Then, we found that the Hispanic population at Charles County is about 6,300, 4.3% of all the population. We also did the market research to find several Hispanic restaurants, organization, and clubs. We believe these information will help us design a very attractive Hispanic Heritage Night!
